First Cataract Surgery after Covid
Mr Lee has undertaken his first list of cataract operations since the lockdown.at the private hospital
Bishops Wood. All went very well. Extra precautions at the hospital have been put in place to keep
staff and patients safe. Patients self isolate for 2 weeks prior to Surgery, which is now government policy.
COVID swab is taken two days prior and temperature and symptoms checked on the same day.
Patients have their own private room and full PPE is used by all in contact with the patient.
He is expecting to be able to return to normal operating in July. The team were very glad to get back to surgery.
