The Frontiers Of Cataract surgery
This year I will be chairing the first talk of the new Year of the Ophthalmic Section of the Royal Society of Medicine RSM in London on Cataract surgery.
Cataract surgery has undergone huge changes over the past 20 years with the advent of modern techonology and equipment we can delivery really good results following this surgery. Some 350,000 cataract operations are undertaken each year in the UK.
There remain a few challenges and this evenings talk open to Ophthalmologists, Doctors of all specialities and Optometrists will explore some of these areas.
